Description
Technical Introduction:
Coke oven gas is a combustible gas produced during the high-temperature, slow dry distillation of coal in the coke production process. my country is the world's largest producer of coke, with a production of 431.426 million tons in 2017. Based on this, my country's coke oven gas production is very high. Approximately one-third of the national coke production capacity is in integrated steel enterprises, and two-thirds is in independent coking enterprises. The surplus coke oven gas from independent coking enterprises is often released into the atmosphere because it cannot be directly used in production.
Coke oven gas released during the coking process is rich in hydrogen (approximately 55%). Hydrogen production from coke oven gas is currently an important way to obtain industrial hydrogen on a large scale, at low cost and with high efficiency. The provinces of Shanxi, Hebei, and Henan in my country are major resource and coking provinces, with abundant hydrogen resources. How to efficiently and rationally utilize these resources is a major issue related to environmental protection, comprehensive resource utilization, and energy conservation and emission reduction.
Main Processes:
Desulfurization and denaphthalene, compression pretreatment, pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production, deoxygenation and drying, etc. The coke oven gas pretreatment system uses temperature swing adsorption (TSA), the hydrogen production system uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA), and the hydrogen purification system also uses temperature swing adsorption (TSA), allowing for the production of 99.999% pure hydrogen from coke oven gas.
Technical Features:
1. Advanced and reliable process
2. High hydrogen recovery rate
3. High operational flexibility
4. High degree of automation
